Stephen Vardanega is a founding partner of Vardanega Roberts. He has practised in insurance law since his admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1981. He is also admitted to practice in the ACT and the High Court. Stephen has acted on behalf of insurers, self insurers, brokers and claims administrators on a wide range of matters including major claims in the following areas:

• Health Insurance
• Drafting of insurance policies, clauses and related documents

• Lecturing at the College of Law and University of Sydney on the subject of Employer Liability
• Seminars for self insured clients on the subjects of Risk Management and Occupational Health & Safety
