The partners and solicitors in our firm are experienced advocates. We regularly appear on arbitrations, mediations and interlocutory motions, including cross examination. Senior solicitors appear personally at all mediations and conciliation conferences.

Our firm is strongly committed to the principle of alternative dispute resolution.

Our partners have undergone mediation training and, where appropriate, have made use of the National Disputes Centre employing retired Judges or senior barristers. We have organised our premises to accommodate settlement pre-trial conferences and mediations, which we conduct regularly, using a well defined procedures.

We take a pro-active approach, assisting our clients to settle claims as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Where negotiations have broken down, Vardanega Roberts will consider every ADR measure at its disposal to bring the matter to resolution.
